Within 14 days after receiving your parcel, you have the right to return (part of) your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Quotrell does not provide return labels and will not reimburse your shipping costs.
Once received, it may take up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and refunded.
You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
All returns are automatically processed into a refund, which will be issued using the same
payment method you used to make the purchase.
